Matt Rotner

CEO Matt Rotner

Matt is a seasoned professional in the beverage alcohol industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and operations. Starting his career at Casamigos Spirits Company, he played a key role in building out the company’s analytical and operational systems. After working in the back office, his inclination to understand all aspects of the business led to his ascension as a sales leader across multiple markets.

Matt’s hands on experience running many of Casamigos’s largest global markets as one of the company’s VPs of Sales gives him a well-rounded perspective across both chain and independent channels. With a strong foundation in analytics, Matt employs data-driven strategies to craft effective go-to-market plans.

Matt's unique blend of quantitative metrics and hands-on knowledge of market dynamics after spending a decade in the streets positions him as an invaluable asset to the IHS portfolio.

Max Blank

Partner Max Blank

Max began his career in the dynamic nightlife scene while studying at the University of Colorado Boulder, where he founded MB Entertainment. He has a talent for sensing what is popular and the ability to connect tremendous groups of people.

After graduation, Max joined Casamigos Tequila in New York as one of the company's first employees, where he honed his abilities in one of the most difficult marketplaces globally. Most notably, in 2014, he coordinated the inaugural "Casamigos Hamptons Summer Takeover," recognizing the significance of "The Hamptons" and the impact it has on brands worldwide. The annual campaign transformed the brand, and this strategic vision of targeting the movers and shakers in the nightlife industry who convened annually played a critical role in propelling Casamigos to become the state's number one ultra-premium tequila.

Max specializes in assisting brands to navigate and succeed in the most competitive markets around the country, thanks to his extensive network of industry ties. Max continues to use his experience and relationships to generate brand success in the ever-changing beverage industry.
